About your hosts…

Tracey Miller & Susan McNamara

Tracey Miller
Tracey believes that our health is our launching pad for life. When we feel better in our body, we do better in our life. Whether it’s our creativity, our relationships, our energy, or our sense of feeling at peace, it all works better because of how we take care of our bodies.

She guides women on a journey to help them cultivate more self-awareness to feel the real sense of freedom that comes with honoring ourselves whether it be through what eat, our self-talk or our connection with others.

Tracey is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a Certified Holistic Health Counselor. She is also trained in the areas of mindfulness based self-compassion and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs.  She is the author of THIS IS ME: Inquiries, Ideas & Exercises for Living Your Healthiest Life. She is also the founder of the Women’s Wellness Exchange which houses a virtual Holistic Wellness Center.

Susan McNamara
One of Susan’s greatest passions it is to be with women seeking to know themselves more deeply, while learning to care for themselves with more attention. Through her own decades-long personal journey of health, well-being and self-knowledge, she has come to a powerful conclusion: Our lives are precious and we all deserve better. The only way that each of us comes to that deep inner knowing and understanding is by choosing to learn how to recognize and honor our most basic human needs, right alongside connecting to the Truth of who and what we are.

She is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner. She is also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She offers women’s retreats, sacred dance and yoga at her farm in Western Massachusetts. www.rememberingwhatmattersmost.com

Feedback:

“Thank you so much for an absolutely heavenly weekend. Deep inner work, meaningful conversations, mountains, swimming, fires and yoga are all my favourite things ! And to have all that in one weekend WOW.

From the first afternoon when we entered a beautiful sacred space, and your introductions held invitations to dive in and to take care of our individual needs and wants, the safe container was created. I loved the variety of activities and invitations to uncover ways towards and obstacles to health.

For me the most meaningful pieces were the ones woven into the outdoors. The fire circles were exquisite. The hike was wonderful and fun (I personally would have loved a slightly longer hike) and, as you know the dip in the water was out of this world. I was impressed with how well it worked out to have women in the group with very varied experiences of inner exploration. Your guidance made the activities accessible to all. The dynamic with the two of you was seamless and holding the space so well.

Thank you so much for making this happen.

Blessings to you both.” Jette G.
